Absolute Automation stopped sycing emails to SaleForce

Since 2/21/17, no emails have synced in SalesForce; there was not anything showing in the logs that was synced or rejected. Today, I cannot even see the logs.

A log from our exchange server still shows emails are bcc'd to the ihance email address.

Opened a ticket on the ihance.com website 2 days ago, with no response. Tried calling the company today, and received an answering machine that says it's no longer their number and directed me to this site.

What's going on? :(
