Apex CPU time limit exceeded

We are receiving the errors below and need a solution. This is preventing us from creating new person accounts. The errors are triggered when a new record is created or an email address is updated. My guess is the code is not bulkified and since the Email and E2EA object have grown to well over 1 million records this is causing the CPU time out issue.

MOST IMPORTANTLY:
If I uninstall the iHance Absolute Automation app, will the emails that have been copied into Tasks be kept intact?
Alternatively, if I adjust the Email Lifespance under Advanced Settings to autodelete emails, will the emails copied into Task be kept intact?
