Attachments have stopped posting to Salesforce

We have been using iHance to log emails in our Salesforce environment for years and have no problems with it up until now, but all of the sudden the system has stopped posting attachments. Emails are still logged and come though, but none of the attachments are being included or saved to Salesforce. This is an issue for us because we use a custom form that emails a resume attachment to create some of our leads. It To my knowledge, no updates were pushed through or new apps activated in the last few days, and the "save attachment" setting remains active. Any ideas what might be causing the problem?
