Deactivating e-mail forwarding/ uninstall iHance package

Good Morning,

I am contacting you regarding the deactivation process of our iHance package for Salesforce.
Since we are not using it anymore, I was asked to uninstall it from Salesforce.

I have already deactivated the E-Mail forwarding function via the E-Mail tab in Salesforce.
However, we are still receiving invoices of iHance so I would like to ask you, if you could double-check,
whether I have deactivated the E-Mail forwarding successfully or not.
If this would help, you can also deactivate the Account since it won’t be used anymore.

Hope that you can help me with this.
If you contact me, I can give you further information.

Kind regards,
Marcel Weiß

  • Hi Marcel,

The E-Mail forwarding only prevents E-Mail communication to our server. To show us that you are no longer using our services you will need to remove the licenses from each user in the Emails tab. Please follow the steps below to remove the licenses. Please note that the licenses were still assigned this month so there will still be an invoice. However, as long as the licenses are removed this month there will be no additional invoices for usage. Thanks!

    1.Click Emails tab
    2.Click Admin tab
3.Un-check any user that as the check box selected for "Use Absolute Automation"
4.Click the save button at the bottom of the page.
5.You may then uninstall the app from your instance.

    • Hi Jordan,
I'll have to see, whether we receive another invoice for this month or not.
If we don't receive any further invoices everything is fine.
    • Hi Jordan,
Unfortunately, we received another invoice for June and I am not sure what else I can do. Is there any other possibility, how we can solve this problem?
