Does iHance no longer provide any direct support to it's customers who pay licence fees?

Does iHance no longer provide any direct support to it's customers who pay licence fees? Support@ihance.com just auto-responded "Please be advised that this is an unmonitored email address. Support for Absolute Automation is provided through the resources found at support.ihance.com where you can find walkthroughs, documentation and a community forum. Thank You"

And at the top of this community it says "Absolute Automation monitors but is not active in this community."

So it looks like there is no guaranteed support function for this product? Concerning.
