inbound emails not being logged to SalesForce

Hello,

On November 18 we switched our inbound and outbound email filtering service from MXLogic to the Reflexion service. Since that time, inbound emails that are coming to us from customers who are set up in salesforce are not logging in salesforce. This had been working prior to the switch over. I have double checked the transport rules on our Exchange 2010 server and it is set to BCC the following:
standard.2456.d2c5b7b14269@automate2....

Our outbound emails seem to be logging as usual, but it is not happening with our inbound.
