I’m frustrated

it seems that Salesforce stopped syncing emails on Dec.5th. Need to fix ASAP!Need someone to call #732-577-6590.Regards,Juna

Need someone to assist to fix this. Have been trying to reach support person since Dec.20th.
No one has gotten intouch with me.
I have no telephone# either.

  • Juna - did someone reach out to help you? It's very likely that this is a problem related to the API (Access) user who granted API access so we could log emails for you.

    If you haven't already, please have a Salesforce Sysadmin in your organization go in and Regrant API access. The click path for this is:
    Emails -> Admin -> Advanced -> Regrant Access
