Mail Flow conflict with office 365

There seems to be a conflict with my ihance mail flow rule in office 365. I was trying to create a catch-all mail flow rule and I start receiving emails from everyone with in my instance of office365. While troubleshooting with office 365 we disabled the ihance mail flow rule and the "catch-all" started functioning properly. I've been working with office 365 support and they claim its an issue with our "*******@automate2.ihance.net" email address, which makes no sense, but i've run out of options please help.
