Manually Forwarded Historical Emails As Attachment Not Logging/Appearing


Sometimes we have users manually forward historical emails to iHance manually via forwarding them as attachments to our iHance address if they ran into issues which didn't log their activities previously.

As of lately, those emails are not appearing on SFDC or logs or anywher. I was wondering if there something wrong currently with the iHance ability to process emails forwarded as attachments.
