Not working at all

Hello, I was recently set up with an account via my employer, and I can't seem to get iHance to recognize any of my emails. I suspect it may have something to do with having an email alias, however, I have no way to confirming this. I sent this link (http://support.ihance.com/ihanceinc/t...) to the person who set up my account and was informed that our licenses are not integrated into salesforce, so the instructions are not applicable. I was sent to you for support. Please let me know what I need to do to get my account working properly. Many thanks.
