Outbound emails are not logging to Salesforce

Inbound emails are logged just fine.
Outbound emails are not logging even though my mail client is configured to bcc myself on every outbound email.

    Sorry for the frustration. Do you know how you are configured to log emails? Are you using the Outlook plugin, or are there rules configured on the email client, or perhaps on the server side of things?

    Typically for outbound emails you shouldn't BCC yourself, but rather the unique iHance email we provide to you. That should send the email to us so we can log the email to your instance of Salesforce, and relate it to your Leads/Contacts.
