Time Difference on Logged Emails

One of our salespeople brought up an interesting query today regarding the timestamp on emails logged by iHance. It appears that the time comes from the sender's email, rather than the local time of the Salesforce user. For example, someone sent us an email from Europe at 16:30, and the time was listed as 17:30, because they are an hour ahead of us.

Is there any way to force iHance to use the local time rather than the sender's time when logging emails?

Thanks in advance.
